OPERATIONS · MINE TO MARKET

How a lotmoves.

Five stages, one owner of the process. We stay accountable for every lot from the moment it leaves the ground to the moment title passes to you.

  1. 01 · SOURCE

    Partner vetting

Before any material moves, we confirm the site holds a valid mining licence, verify beneficial ownership, and audit labour, safety and environmental practice on the ground.

    • Licence and permit verification
    • Beneficial ownership and KYC checks
    • On-site audit report
  2. 02 · ASSAY

    Independent assay

Samples are sealed at the site and sent to independent laboratories. Results are tied to the lot number, so grade and origin are never separated.

    • Sealed, witnessed sampling
    • Certificate of analysis per lot
    • Umpire assay on request
  3. 03 · REFINE

    Accredited refining

Material is processed by accredited refiners to market grade: doré to 999.9 bar, concentrate to cathode, ore to battery-grade product.

    • Refiner selected per asset
    • Weight and grade reconciliation
    • Refiner certificate
  4. 04 · MOVE

    Export and logistics

We handle export permits, customs and royalties at origin, and move material under insured, sealed transport with a documented chain of custody.

    • Export permits and royalties settled
    • Insured, sealed freight
    • Signed custody at every handover
  5. 05 · SETTLE

    Settlement and title

Material is delivered into allocated vaulting or to your port. Title transfers against documents, and the full lot file is handed over with it.

    • Allocated vault receipt or bill of lading
    • Title transfer against payment
    • Complete lot file delivered

WE DO NOT TRADE MATERIAL THAT

  • Comes from conflict-affected or high-risk areas without enhanced due diligence
  • Involves child labour or forced labour at any stage
  • Cannot be traced to a licensed site
  • Has not had royalties and export duties paid

Operate a licensed site? Let's talk offtake.

We partner with mine operators who meet our due diligence standards, providing assay coordination, export handling and access to institutional buyers.
